The surface disinfectant product (NaOCl) is the need of the hour in Gram panchayats, common public areas in cities, buses, taxis, railways, railway stations, bus depots, schools, malls, cinema theaters, offices, housing societies, commercial complexes etc. 

 

Transportation cost for disinfectant liquid kills the economics of operation. So the best way is to decentralize production plants. We have developed a very simple technique with a user- friendly small capacity modular unit. Raw material is common salt and water.  

 

Though the disinfectant liquid product came in limelight now during COVID, many do not know that apart from disinfection area this product has a very stable market across the strata – for Fisheries, Hospitals, Textiles, Tanneries, Sugar Industries & Water treatment etc. So, investor should not be presuming that post COVID such investments would be a liability.  And hence we have made model more flexible with varying capacity and concentration (6% to 14%)

 

 

The same machine can produce HOCl (hypochlorous acid) for sanitization of food (vegetables and fruits). This has better profits and could be a household liquid product in place of any other (so called food grade) chemicals with a very high consumption.
